Ed Kercher has an extensive background in many facets of commercial tenant rep advisory services. During Ed’s thirty-nine-year commercial real estate career, he has served numerous clients as their commercial tenant rep broker and advisor.
Before founding Kercher Commercial, Ed began his career in 1987 at Fairfax Properties leasing office buildings anchored by IBM. He was previously with Pinnacle Partners, Kercher & Associates, Julien J. Studley, Inc., Newmark Knight Frank, C&W/Coppedge & Tison, C&W/Thalhimer, and Cushman & Wakefield.

With over 30 years of commercial brokerage and economic development experience Philip has assisted with the location, expansion, purchase and leasing for over 200 International, national and local industrial, warehouse, mixed use and muti-family clients. He has extensive knowledge of the State and region with previous experience having worked as Senior Vice President of Business Development for the Charleston Metro Chamber of Commerce and Charleston Regional Development Alliance.
